My experience here when staying honest is very satisfied with the hotel service, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is also cold, the main location of the hotel is very strategic so I want to go where to find the location needs very close. Can be reached on foot. Thank you for the service, I will definitely be back.

The receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, the air conditioning and hot shower worked well (no leaks). The food was delicious and varied. The location is strategic, across from a mall, and there are many dining options nearby. Recommended hotel.

The room is clean, there are no minuses, the location is very strategic, the AC was thought to be not cold when it was set to the one at home, it was very cold, basically it was really great, the service was really good, all the security guards were friendly, the CS was also friendly👍, it is highly recommended, next time God willing, if I have an event in Bekasi, I will stay here again.

Highly recommended for a staycation with family or if there are guests from out of town who need accommodation. The location is very strategic, close to the toll road, and also the location of the hotel is quiet and comfortable because it is in a housing complex, for the service of the hotel staff is very good and very friendly and very helpful.
