My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at The Westin Surabaya. The food was truly delicious, with a varied and high-quality menu. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented.
A special thank you to Chef Bagus, who was so friendly and attentive. He even served us chicken satay, which was so delicious that my son even had three more! 😊

easy check in, the room is as expected, not too spacious but enough for our family, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers.. requested city view and was granted, next time want to try the pool view, have often stayed at orchard tanglin 1br, 2br, by miracle and always satisfied, this time the Anderson is no less satisfied, complete facilities, just lacking a magic com.. overall will come back again

I had a wonderful stay at Aquhome Sewa Apartemen. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it feel just like home. The service was excellent, friendly, helpful, and very responsive to every request. The location is also perfect, close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free place to stay. I’ll be happy to come back again in the future.

Overall it's good, the service from the security guard is very helpful, the apartment owner is responsive, the place and room are comfortable, the bathroom facilities with hot water are okay, the parking lot is adequate, overall I'm satisfied. The deposit refund is fast, it's great and recommended.

Initially, I pressed the wrong date, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, thank God I was able to check in on the correct date, without any charges whatsoever. The location is strategic, right off the main road, but quiet. There's a food court across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pillows provided made sleeping more comfortable. I'd stay here again if I had business in West Surabaya.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya Pakuwon Indah
What made me return to this hotel was the hospitality and excellent service. I was greatly assisted by the staff (Mr. Rio), who was very helpful and kind enough to park and retrieve my car in the basement due to my unfamiliarity with the somewhat complicated parking route. At breakfast, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and serving us well. I was assisted and served by Mr. Emir and Mr. Ebi, if I'm not mistaken. They were very friendly. Thank you, Four Points. Your service is excellent.
