This was my first time staying here. The hotel was comfortable and close to the city center. During our five-night stay, the staff was very friendly and communicative, making my husband and I feel at home. The breakfast was quite varied, and we were well-served. Overall, it was great. The service is very good, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. The breakfast is delicious especially the pancakes. The only hotel I have ever stayed in that has a durian tree and it is bearing fruit. I happened to be given a durian and the durian was really delicious

rest with clean and tidy rooms very close to the swimming pool, the kids will love it and not want to go home, the breakfast food is really delicious, close access to Kayutangan 🤗

The atmosphere is nice, the room is also nice and the staff is friendly. However, there are some details that need to be improved, such as the ceramic tiles are not rigid enough. The tables in the hotel look like they are burned by cigarettes, the sofa chairs have several spots of cigarette burns, the door and window handles don't seem to be tight enough and some of the room lights are flickering.

Very close to Oro2 Ombo market, Saiful Anwar Hospital is also close, Kayu Tangan is close, when I arrived the room was still wet and had just been cleaned

There were lots of ants, and the shower water leaked everywhere, making it uncomfortable to use. After showering, I was completely wet. The TV picture wasn't clear. The price was comparable to other hotels, but the amenities were inferior. Hopefully, they'll improve and upgrade in the future, given the increasingly fierce competition. Other than that, it was pretty good, and the breakfast was okay. Thank you.

The service is quite friendly and responsive, and when there are problems, they immediately take action. Unfortunately, the TV in my room isn't a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi only works for a short time, but the rest is difficult to use. But overall, it's okay.
