The only problem that I had is cleanliness, there are many ants surround the table, dust on the curtain, aslo less attention to the bathroom. Overall the hotel is nice, Hope they will improve it for the cleanliness.

Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

My experience staying here with my husband was very pleasant. I like the concept of a minimalist but luxurious hotel. The place in the center of Malang is not too difficult to find near the train station too. The place is really cool, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean and super comfortable for me and my husband. ⭐ Harris Hotel & Convention Malang (Harris Villa) ⭐ Stayed 1 night at Harris Villa and really enjoyed it! At first, the location felt a bit hidden inside a housing area, but it turned out to be very peaceful, green, and perfect for staycation. 🌿 The villa is spacious with a living room, small pantry, dining area, and bedrooms upstairs (fits 4 people). The best part was the private jacuzzi at the back door — super relaxing! Breakfast was varied and tasty, staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The villa area is separate from the main building, but the buggy car service made it very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended! 👍
