Staying at Bumi with my mother for a short staycation was the best choice. The serene atmosphere (so my mother could finish the Quran), the super friendly staff, the location right in the heart of Surabaya, making it close to everything, and the incredible night and morning views from the 11th floor made us feel at home and rested soundly. Not to mention the swimming pool, which also provides a great place for seniors to exercise in the morning—it's simply top-notch. Thank you Bumi.

The location is right in the heart of Surabaya and very close to Jl. Tunjungan. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, providing information on interesting places to visit during our three-day stay.

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again
