The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The complimentary on-site parking was a convenient and appreciated amenity. Additionally, the clean swimming pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus that significantly enhanced my experience.

Value for money, in the city center and helpful staff! I will definitely come back. It's my first time staying at the hotel, and I didn't expect much. To my surprise, the room is okay and not too compact with good amenities provided. As seen on the map, the hotel is located in the city center, near supermarket, good eating places, and factory outlets. For old houses fans, roaming around the area will be a morning leisure activity. The street has many old beautiful buildings.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Courtyard by Marriott is my 'go to' hotel whenever I visit Bandung. I love its strategic location, and it's near Kartika Sari, Justus, and other great dining areas. The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.
