I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very accommodating at looking after my issues to make my stay very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast experience was very good, the food selection and quality fine. I was able to extend my stay and when I return to Bandung I will be sure to stay at the Shakti Hotel. Thank you.

My family and I booked this hotel at the last minute, as we were too tired to return to Jakarta. Since we had not made adequate preparations for our stay, I requested several items (sarung, mukena, and sajadah) from the housekeeping staff, and I am grateful that they were able to provide everything promptly.
The Bali World Hotel is an older establishment, but it remains well-maintained and comfortable. Its proximity to my children's school was the primary reason we selected this accommodation. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Had a pleasant stay here for 5 days, very recommended for a solo traveler. All the staffs are very kind, friendly, and most importantly have a quick respond for any given requests/complaints. I'm very impressed with their clean bathroom, despite it was a shared-space. Keep it up! Hopefully your cleanliness and service standard will always be maintained as great as now. I was very satisfied with my stay here. The view of Bandung is beautiful from the balcony. The room is spacious, clean, the hot water runs well, there is a comfortable terrace for coffee and meals, so you don't have to stay in the room all the time. The kids were very happy. It's 30-40 minutes from the city center, but it's all worth it. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you, Grandma and Grandpa's house 😍
