The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is close to Kuta and the downtown area. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom design is perhaps lacking; even when you shower, even with the door closed, water still pools into the bedroom. The hanger is too high, making it difficult for most Asians to reach. Overall, this hotel is satisfactory, clean, and the rooms are modern.

The service was excellent and friendly, and we were upgraded. There was an incident when I returned from a trip and found a cockroach in my room. I complained, and the staff came to see the cockroach, and I received compensation. My request for a late check-out until 5 p.m. was granted. The breakfast was quite varied, with plenty of choices. All the staff were friendly and responsive.
