I booked the room with no windows as it the cheapest room but they provide me a room with beautiful view. Although the room is quite small and compact, but their facilities including the bathroom is best with bathup and hot water. They also have laundry facilities -coin laundry, Family mart, bending machine, ice machine, microwave, public bath, and even massage chairs. The access is quite comfortable from Haneda Airport to Sakuragicho station, and walak for around 10minutes. It was my third Times for staying in APA Yokohama. I keep coming back to this hotel as I like the view, the service and facilities. Thank you APA.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we checked in, which was quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!"

My mom and I stayed in this hotel towards the end of our 2 week trip in Japan. There were a few times we left hotels this trip saying that we want to come back, but this became the only one I actually made a rebooking for already.
The hotel and room itself is beautiful and clean, the location great, and the staff were amazing. They were professional, but still felt friendly and warm, from the staff welcoming us outside the hotel, to the front desk, and the cleaning staff. Same goes for the waiter and waitresses in Le Normandie.
I am already looking forward to seeing New Grand in Winter, and trying the Christmas meals in the hotel restaurants.
