Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, airy and fully equipped. In particular, I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service attitude of the staff. They are always willing to help and meet all my requests. The breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious with a variety of dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff are very friendly, the security is good, the facilities of the public place are good. The room is perfect for one person living, the place is clean, the public bathroom is also clean. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Also, the ceiling is very high, so it didn't feel like a small room. Very convenient location!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, only 2 mins-walk from Daan Park (exit 1 for stairs, exit 6 for elevator). Surrounded by convenient stores: PX-Mart, 7-11, Family Mart. 7 mins-walk to Yongkang street. Highly recommend for those who want a peaceful area during night time.
