The staff are very enthusiastic and lovely, talking very gently and cutely, supporting customers wholeheartedly. The room is very new and clean. The central location is convenient for moving between sightseeing and dining places. Will come back to support if I have the opportunity to go to Phan Thiet.

This is one of the best by-the-sea resort/hotel I've ever stayed in. The views are great. We stayed in the Superior Double room (if I remember correctly). The room is very clean, cool and the bathroom is beautiful! Most importantly, we can sleep without worrying about mosquitoes because there were nets around the bed. Even better, we got free breakfast, and there's also an open buffet for breakfast, too. The restaurant of the resort/hotel cooks up amazing Vietnamese food, which I loved! Also, there's a pool in case the sea gets too rough and it's very clean. Overall, Full Moon Beach Resort is a great choice to stay in Mui Ne because of the location. You're by the sea and once you go to the main road, you don't even have to get a taxi to get to a good restaurant/bar 'cause everything is nearby. For fresh seafood, though, of course get a taxi for better comfort but it can also be walking distance since it's only around 15 mins walking. Last but not least, the staff is amazing! My boyfriend actually forgot his wallet in the hotel room and they sent it back to us with everything still inside. Very trustworthy and nice people! I'll recommend this resort/hotel to everyone I know who wants to visit Mui Ne. :)

Amazing stay at this resort! I spent 3 nights here. The staff was very caring and attentive to my request. I got a free room upgrade and late checkout which are big pluses. Thank you! The ambiance is fresh as being filled with lots of trees and the beach has beautiful sunset view. Highly recommend!

A picturesque resort ❤️ A beautiful little resort located right on the center road of the resort of Mui Ne, with countless shops to choose from. Although the resort is small but very beautiful and every detail is taken care of, the facilities are very new even though it has been in operation for many years, the rooms are super clean and shiny, the towels are pure white, and the swimming pool is extremely beautiful. Mint scented bath set. Coffee packaged in the room is also delicious 🤤 You should choose a room far away from the swimming pool because occasionally the resort has company parties, the music doesn't turn off until 10 o'clock. Breakfast surcharge for 6 year old child 173k/night is also reasonable. Diverse and delicious food. Especially the rich flavor of the dish. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Respond to customer needs quickly. The resort has no entertainment activities other than swimming and swimming pools, so I don't know what else to do. There is a small spa, but the walkway down to the basement makes me feel uncomfortable. The room is small, the biggest minus is the bed. Going to a resort to relax, I hoped to sleep well, but I had insomnia both nights. The bed is small in size. If you have a small child, it's a bit tight to sleep in. It's better to choose a room with 2 beds. The mattress has springs so every time you turn over it creaks like crazy. All 4 pillows are both high and hard enough to break your neck 🥲 Hopefully the resort will improve this part. The resort should reconsider providing cushions for sun loungers, rather than letting guests ask or staff asking if they need them. The resorts I go to always have mattresses and towels ready, guests just need to choose the chair they want to lie on and don't need to go looking for staff. Furthermore, the day I went, there were new employees or something. The guests were still lying down and swimming in the pool, but they just leisurely sprayed water to clean the pool area right in the area they were using. I have suggestions but still continue. The resort should clean the lake when there are no guests or in the evening.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink and a quick check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious and fully equipped with high-end amenities. The infinity pool has an extremely impressive sea view, especially at sunset. The restaurant serves delicious, rich dishes and the staff are very professional. We were really satisfied with the service here and will definitely come back on the next vacations.

The hotel is at one of four buildings together on the hill opposite the beach side. Guests can take electric car to the beach and also move around gym spa kid clubs and mud bath which is free of charge. The room was big enough with full facilities including electric cookers and kettle. 4 swimming pools in the area with bar at the side which is beautiful and so convenient. A few play shows for kids and adults at the pool side in the afternoon and night which are the plus points for the hotel.
Breakfast buffer was great too lots of food to try and enjoy.
