I booked a sup room but because I went in the peak season, I ran out of rooms and was upgraded to a vip room. Everything is very satisfactory, the hotel is clean, safe and the reception is also very friendly. I like the layout in the room from the floor to the very complete and beautiful items. Will definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is close to many places and commercial centers, many dining areas, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped for an apartment, I booked a standard room but arrived late and the hotel upgraded to my room. the apartment is more spacious and comfortable, the room has windows and the view is very chill, the bathroom and stuff are all new, feel comfortable staying here, next time I will come back

Millennium Hanoi Hotel
The staff is so helpful. They have a lift, and the staff helped us bring our luggage. The room is the same as in the picture, they even upgraded our room to a family room for free. The room and bathroom are so clean. Sadly, I just spent 1 night because I will go to Sapa. Highly recommended!!
