Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, the property are near to city centre walkable to famous food area Jalan Alor and Pavillion, definitely will back again for my next visit😊

If you’re flying in from KLIA/KLIA2, Few option there:
1)Grabcar – This will approximately take 50mins (depending on traffic) and Grabcar is priced at RM65 nett for a standard car. Prices varies on sizes. This would be our recommended option.
2)Airport taxi – approximately RM90 -RM100.
3)Express train – 28mins to KL Sentral, RM55_per_pax. You_would then need to_take a monorail ride to Hang Tuah Station. We are 500m walk away.

Pro 's: Location was great. Con 's: Wifi is not connected at all from my room at 6th floor. Room is comfy but is not too clean just basic. They charge you RM20 for 2 days tax.
Great experience at Imperial hotel! Staff are really helpful there is restaurant at the hotel which is my favorite restaurant everytime I come to Kuala Lumpur! Eeccomended for family to stay here or single trip!
The location is very strategic, its closed to monorail/MRT station. Easy to find food around the hotel. The room it 's quite large and has a window. We stay at level 8, and there is a water Dispenser with hot and cold water. When check in, we came early, but the staff was very helpfully, the front staff try to get the room for us. Thanks for the services.
Hotel is in good location which 5-7mins able to reach pavilion but the room condition is nasty with dirty floor and there are rubbish under the bed which is unacceptable. The quality of the water is yellowish and the kettle provided unable to use as well cause it 's rusty. The towel provided also a meh. Quite a terrible experience as the air conditioning is not function properly where sleep until can sweat.
