The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

If you are planning to visit Penang and get a check-up at Gleneagles Hospital, then staying at Mansion One is the best option. It is very convenient and makes access to the hospital much easier. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space for families. The location is strategic as well—it’s not too far from George Town’s street art area and only a 5-minute walk to Northam Beach Café, which is a great bonus. I had a great stay at Mansion One and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Comfortable Studio. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us to check in early because we landed before 3 pm in Penang. The owner was kind and responsive. The unit also matched the photos shown on the Traveloka app. We enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable. The location is very strategic, right next to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and there is a Wellings pharmacy, supermarket, and Starbucks. It is also close to other hospitals in Penang, such as Penang Adventist Hospital.

The location is great, right next to Gleneagles Hospital, within walking distance. Staying here feels like home. Very easy access since I was visiting Adventist hospital. How to check in and check out was clearly explained and the host is fast response. Everything was very clean and neat. Honestly, I didn't expect much because it's cheap, but I will definitely stay here again next time for my doctor appointment. There are also lots of food around here. You can do laundry and cook also here. You can also go to the airport by using bus only RM 3.40 per person from the bus stop right in front of the apartment. Thank you host.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the concierge was also very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location, right next to Wellings and Gleneagles Hospital, makes it highly recommended for medical check-ups. There's also a bus stop across the street that takes you to downtown Komtar and Persiaran Gurney.

It was a very pleasant stay at One Pacific. The rooms were clean, and all the staff and security were kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.
