This is the second time I stayed at Scott Service Suites. It is quite comfortable and next to the Island Hospital, so it was really convenient for my mom, who uses a wheelchair, to go back and forth to the hospital.

Just stayed at Macalisterz 22 and I absolutely loved the room. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, making it really easy to relax. Definitely one of the coziest stays I’ve had, 👍highly recommended!

The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

This apartment provided a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check out. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and boasted spacious rooms. The view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect, with numerous dining options nearby. The fact that it's situated by the roadside ensured a safe and well-lit environment. Highly recommend! This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

It was a very pleasant stay at One Pacific. The rooms were clean, and all the staff and security were kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.
