The place was strategic though the rooms could be a bit bigger but that 's probably because of the type of room I booked. I had a hard time spreading out my massive luggage but overall it was nice, comfortable and neat plus the staff were extra nice specially the receptionist, Lemon. The gym was incredible, that 's for sure. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay:).
Overall, service was good as expected. Staffs are attentive and helpful. Breakfast line was great. Room and cleanliness met the standard. However, on the first night we didn't get Twin bedroom as we booked. They politely asked us to stayed in double bedroom without any compensation but several times apologies. I did inform them that it's really not convenient for me and my mom to share the bed. So I asked for an extra bed so that we could sleep better. They told us that there is a charge of 30USD for an extra bed. Why do we have to be responsible for what we didn't do? They should have done something better than saying sorry when they can't provide what the guest has been confirmed. They confirmed that we can move on the second day, so we moved to the Twin bedroom(1 single bed and 1 double bed). Then, I later found out that my friend room (Twin bed) was much bigger than my both room. I just wondered what was the room that we really booked for. I can't help thinking that on the first night I was downgraded to a cheaper and smaller room due to full occupancy. They should have informed us straightforward what kind of room type we got so we didn't feel like we were taken advantage of.
