Huge space, nice room and easy parking, well maintained building. The lift is quite small. The receptionist is friendly and does help you. You need to prepare a deposit even if you have a full paid 1 room for 1000 bath/rm100, cash and can use Malaysian note. The swimming pool is deep, and definitely not suitable for kids and needs to use a swimtube. If you come by your own car, it will be easy for you. But they can call tuk tuk, and free tuk tuk service to Diana mall but there ' s a schedule A lots of dog but they will not bother you and just guarding. Definitely need to watch out for mosquitoes, a lots of them. If you staying on block A, the 2nd floor you will have to stay face to face with the neighbors house there, if on 3rd floor or above it ' s OK. Overall is OK to stay here, the price is quite reasonable compare to others.

Booked and paid online for 2 nights. But we checked-in 1 day late (the next morning). So we requested late check out the next day around 3pm. The hotel doesn't allow it even the room was available that time.

Stayed at Z Sleep from 22-25/2/24. The attending counter staff was friendly and she speaks good english (if not mistaken her name is Ms. Koi). Very conveniently located next to Central Festival Mall (just few minutes walk). Room is clean and spacious. Make sure to book enough room for everyone because extra person in one room will be charged 500 baht per night (children who are taller than the check in counter and above 12 are considered adult, one standard room only allowed to check in 2 adult-extra person they will charge). I was travelling with family of 7 (5 adult + son 15 y. O + daughter 13 y. O), only booked 2 rooms so I had extra 3 person. Ended up booked 1 more room at the counter because it is cheaper (999 baht/night) and paid 500baht/night for 1 extra person rather than paying 1500baht/night for 3 extra person (and have to squeeze them in the 2 rooms without proper bed because they have no extra bed, just extra pillow & toiletries provided for each extra person). Deposit 1000baht/room must be paid in cash upon check in.

Near with interesting place and have good breakfast.

My recent stay at HI season Hotel was extremely disappointing. With the price of almost MYR400 per night (peak CNY season). Upon arrival at 10:30 am, despite having a confirmed booking, we were denied the opportunity to drop off our baggage, forcing us to carry everything to the restaurant for lunch using Grab services. The front desk staff were unfriendly, incapable of speaking English, and unhelpful. Basic amenities like a kettle or iron were not provided in our room, and the hotel 's location next to a busy main road made it inconvenient and unsafe for pedestrians, especially with children. Overall, our experience was far below expectations, and we left feeling deeply dissatisfied.

The room is spacious, clean. The housekeeping cleaned the room although w forgot to ask. Good hotel with a reasonable price.

Super bad, don't ever stay here! Old lady taking care reception super no manner, super noise aircon, super bad location, super old bed.

this accommodation is cheaper but the environment in the hotel feel a bit scary.. walking distance to lee garden plaza about 900meter
