Room is spacious but no window. Furniture is old, particularly the air conditioner is old and noisy. Bed is uncomfortable, caused terrible pain in back after sleeping. Breakfast is very poor. Overall not so clean and quite messed up.
The location is great, however, the room on the Ground floor is bad. First of all, the room is moldy. It seems like the hotel staff did not clean the room properly. Secondly, the bathroom sink is filthy and molds were everywhere around the sink. Although the staff was nice, I would not recommend the stay.
The hotel stole money from guests, clearly stated on Traveloka that check in at 14:00 the day before, check out at 12:00 the next day, but leave for 3 hours to day-use? Tell the front desk and tell the guest to go and complain to Traveloka? Shouldn't hotels that cooperate with TA have to manage their own pages to sell rooms?
