The family is very satisfied staying here, the location is okay, close to the mosque, tourist attractions and places to eat, the surrounding environment is also comfortable, many people sell food passing in front of the villa, cooking facilities in the kitchen are complete including cutlery, grill equipment is also ready, billiard table and swimming pool are also complete with floats, the pool water is clean and cold of course, the water heater in each bathroom works very well, less than 1 minute the water is hot, the condition of the bedroom even though it doesn't use a fan doesn't feel stuffy because the air is already cool, regarding the bathroom door that can't close tightly, we think it's not a problem, it's natural because wooden doors will definitely expand over time, we checked in exactly at 2 pm, there was a maid who had finished cleaning the villa, and we checked out exactly at 12 o'clock together with the maid who came to clean the villa again, 2 hours before we checked out there was the owner (Mrs. Yenny) who came while bringing us a box of cakes, thank you very much for the facilities and services at the chatarina villa, hopefully it will continue success.

Senyum World Hotel

It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel Batu Wonderland

Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too. Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!
