Please note that this voucher is not a valid travel document or train ticket. Below you'll find a quick guide on how to retrieve, add, activate and use your mobile pass via the Rail Planner app:

Step 1: Download the Rail Planner app from the APP Store or Google Play, click "Get started" and select "Eurail Pass"

Step 2: Select "Add a pass" and enter your last name and 6-digit pass number to "Mobile Pass" (see "Reminder" section above the voucher)

Step 3: “Connect a trip” and enter your preferred trip name. A trip will be an electronic folder used to store your multiple train trips. Each pass requires a train travel ticket

Step 4: Enter your passport number and click “Active this Pass”. Select the first travel date you want to board with your mobile pass. *IMPORTANT NOTE: The date you select when booking is not your actual travel date.
