In addition, HealthWorks and Master Low-key Food Shop will join as new collaboration partners from February 2024. Together, they present an authentic Hong Kong food feast, allowing diners to experience the nostalgia of the past and pay tribute to fellow industry colleagues who strive to uphold the true essence of gastronomy. 

In addition to the popular selection of chilled seafood such as whole Boston lobsters (available for dinner), crab legs, upgraded Japanese sashimi, and flavourful barbecued items, a variety of Chinese, Western, and Indian delicacies have been added. These include Shanghai truffle xiaolongbao, Malaysian bak kut teh, giant Spanish seafood paella, Japanese deep-fried skewers, Korean barbecue, Indian masala wraps, and freshly tossed Italian pasta with grated Parmesan cheese. Guests can also enjoy Hong Kong specialties like HealthWorks’ Tortoise Herbal Jelly and street snacks such as egg waffles and pancakes from Master Low-key Food Shop, at specially designed stalls.
