The museum reinterprets local traditional culture in an innovative and creative way, enabling visitors to learn more about Hong Kong ICH and the history, culture and architectural features of Sam Tung Uk.

The Exhibition Centre contains models, pictures, panels and videos introducing the ten core projects. The centre also provides the best place for the public to view the Tsing Ma Bridge.

It is one of the largest Buddhist temples in Hong Kong, with a majestic pagoda, a man-made stream, rockery and gardens.

- The four-faced Buddha is worshipped in the monastery. Worshippers can buy orchids, lotus lamps, gold leaf, incense and candles to pray for the safety of their family.

- The Western Monastery is home to many statues of Buddha and Bodhisattvas and has nine buildings in the style of Chinese palaces.
