Starting from June 1, 2025, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers is proud to announce its collaboration with the famous New York fashion brand ANNA SUI to launch the new "Sundae Neon Twist Charming Neon Afternoon Tea" at the Sky Lounge on the top floor of the hotel. The chef team is inspired by ANNA SUI's latest summer fragrance series "SUNDAE NEON TWIST", using tropical fruits and edible flowers in the cuisine, and perfectly transforming the vibrant tropical fruity aroma, elegant floral scent and warm woody tones in the aroma into ten unique savory and sweet pastries. Each pastry cleverly echoes the unique fragrance level of the perfume series.

The bright red cherries are paired with purple cream, just like blooming flowers. The colors are bright and eye-catching, perfectly presenting the dual enjoyment of vision and taste.

Grapefruit Yogurt Cup: The top layer is topped with appetizing fresh grapefruit pulp, paired with light cheese mousse, and the bottom layer is topped with soft cheese sponge cake, recreating the fresh and bright fruity top notes of the perfume.
