Friendly timely communication pre trip. Timely collection in hotel lobby. Solid clean transport facilities (car, boat). Friendly tour & hiking guides. Good tour locations for hiking & snorkling. Lunch pack could be improved. Very good value. overall highly recommended & will come again.

New core memory unlocked, thanks East Cruise for the crew and hospitality. Special thanks to the captain who checked all of us to be safe and the crew who helped me try snorkeling and get the video like a private guide 🩷 thanks a lot, will come back and get the trip with East Cruise, very recommended.

very cool tour, can't be better than this. the crew was amazing. they bring us guidance to stay safe during snorkeling. one of the crew also bring us to see manta and penyu, provide great help for those who cant swim well. speedboat is comfortable. really enjoy the trip

Everything went well. What could be better were the quality of food and the schedule. We had to adjust the schedule because some people had a flight after the tour. This wasn’t very professional in my opinion. We didn’t go to Kanawa island either.

The ship is very hot if you sit in the front so it's better to sit in the back or on the upper deck.
Alpin, the intern crew is good at taking pictures. The other crew are friendly and helpful 👍🏿

I recommend joining this tour package when going to Bajo. The staff are friendly, and when I joined the tour guide's name was Bang Arif. Very fluent in English and likes to joke around. So the participants feel comfortable and happy. The pick-up schedule is on time and the departure is also on time. The best!!

just went on 14th May, still green season, very comfortable boat, good guide explains itinery, before boarding the tourist boat you have to pay 425k for entrance. First go to Padar island hiking, pink beach playing in the water by the beach, then go to Komodo island they give a delicious lunch then luckily you can see 6 Komodo dragons on the island. next go snorkeling for a while at taka makassar, manta point & siaba island for deep snorkeling, so I can't join because I'm not good at swimming. So far best experience👍🏻

The staff is very friendly and informative, speaks English fluently, offers to take pictures of us at tourist attractions (the older brother is very kind, come on, let's take pictures, in fact the older brother is more enthusiastic), very safe and comfortable especially for solo traveling. But because the whole day is full of attention and also for his physical condition which is not strong. But totally 100% so fun, so beautiful, and memorable.
