came here for the first time for a body massage, I booked via traveloka but have to confirm directly to the salon again, the massage is good, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, just a little rough when rubbing the body scrub but it's okay.

I took a body massage & scrub and continued to get a face acupressure. It's a shame from the start being introduced by a therapist or those massaging his face was very unfriendly. He spoke curtly and never smiled during 2 hours of treatment. It's very unfortunate. Service is the best and most memorable if it is given sincerely and sincerely, it's not like that. Sorry I can't really recommend at Lutuye Salon for treatment with that mother (who served me) even though the massage is not bad but if the way she speaks and her face is very unfriendly, I can't give a good assessment either.

For privacy n convenience, really need curtain in front of the massage room. I can see clearly directly thru the door. I'm so worry during the treatment.

We have already paid for it with Traveloka, and as it turned out, arrived at Lutuye, I did not get the facilities I ordered, because the program that was held was not available for me, so there was something out of sync between Traveloka and Lutuye.

the salon is clean and the stylist who cuts my hair is very professional because I understand the hairstyle I want to have. Will definitely come back here for other treatments :)
