When we arrived at Sanur harbor, we were picked up late, no one called or WA at all. I had to actively call first, when we called, they said the driver was parked in a traffic jam, but we waited for 15 minutes and he didn't come. It took half an hour to arrive. It was already late, but the driver drove the car really fast, and the itinerary didn't match the one listed on Traveloka, the reason was that it was far away, it would be useless. So we just followed it, we lost our mood, but we still had a conscience, by giving tips. Please, if you open a business like this, don't damage customer trust.

Recomended banget, dan Pak Komang.lihai dal.membawa mobil, tapi karena waktu saya sempit sebaiknya kalau makan lgsg saja ke kelingking beach pas di spot wisata saja biar nggak loss time

The package does not include tickets for the PP Sanur-Penida boat. This package is quite helpful for those who are new to Penida and don't want to be complicated. Remember, in Penida the internet signal is difficult, for those who don't want to bother wasting travel time, it's better to take a package. Packages are also flexible, you can adjust where you want, the important thing is that the time is still right. The minus is that pick-up is a bit less fast, but over all satisfied. Thank You :))
