I think it's quite a good deal for massage by using Traveloka promo. attitude therapist is polite, but the preparation time took too long even though they provide us with tea while waiting

Voucher redemption was very easy. However, remember to schedule the session first before coming as the therapists are not available all the time. I think the massage was okay, nothing special. It would have been better if they focused more on the requested body parts and apply more pressure.

The massage was really good with Ms. Evi, the pressure was right, the service was good, Ms. at the receptionist was also very friendly, the day I informed you it would be late but still can. Order for 2 get a big room and there is a private bathroom

Confirmation 1 day in advance, the clerk was not communicative for the location of the spa, the spa staff were very kind and friendly. Only the changing room for clothes lacks privacy.

The masseuse name was Novi, she really pleasant me with her attitude and give the best massage and treatment. I'd love to try this again. Will back soon to get Legian Escape. Love it!

I took the 2 hour treatment, I started around 13.40 and the therapist finished the whole time at 15.00 meaning only 1 hour 20 minutes ... If this is not the customer will go back there for treatment, when I confirm to the cashier, the cashier cannot give my solution was only told to write a complaint and there was no follow-up either ... Not recommended

I had the deep tissue massage and it was very nice. But for few minutes the staff were loud and giggling which was such a shame but it wasn’t that bad. The massage itself cover it. It's my second time in here and would totally do it again
