STEP 1. Purchase

Buy Choose the eSIM data capacity and usage period that you want to purchase

After confirming your order, you will receive a QR code through email and mobile phone. You can contact the customer center for assistance if you don't receive the QR code

Orders placed between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm will be shipped every 4 hours on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be shipped the following day. Delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders

STEP 2. Setting

Open the Cerulean menu by going to Settings

Select "Add Cellular Plan"

Scan the QR code you received via email or text message. You can manually set it up if you can't scan the QR code

Assign a label for the rate plan and line used. For example, you can label your existing SIM as "Main" and your eSIM (local SIM) as "Secondary"

Turn off the Cellular Data toggle in the Settings > Cellular menu. This will block the existing SIM (main) from being used as data when you're overseas. If data roaming is turned on while the cellular rate plan is selected as "main," you may incur roaming charges from your domestic carrier

Suppose you experience any issues with data connectivity. In that case, you can manually set up your Access Point Name (APN) information by going to Settings > Cellular > Cellular plan > Select eSIM plan > Cellular data network. In most cases, the APN information is set automatically, but you may need to change it in some instances.
