Select your Desired Language

Select Read QR Code

Should Read QR Code option not work, select Pick up ticket & Select JR East Train Reservation

Select "QR code or pick-up code"

Scan your QR code in your Traveloka voucher using the scanner on the machine. If it doesn’t work, first try increasing the brightness on your phone

If it still doesn’t work, select “Enter pickup code/Reservation No.” and enter the 17-digit code from your Traveloka Voucher.
