08:30-12:30 08:30 Pickup from Hotel and proceed to walk towards the old heritage city center such as the Tua Pek Kong Chinese Temple, Carpenter Street, Museum Grounds, Old Kuching, Open Air Market, India Street and Waterfront. 11:30 Go across river by river taxi to the nearby Malay Village. Sample the Sarawak Layer Cake. You can buy the cakes after sampling! 12:00 Return across the river and proceed to the final dessert stop. 12:30 Return to the hotel.
