In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please provide two additional preferred activity dates in the Note section when booking

You may discuss what hairstyle you would like with the stylist on-site. Once it is confirmed, it cannot be changed

Haircut, hair dyeing, and perming are not included in this package

Please ensure to provide your measurements and sizes when booking. Participants can try on 3–4 different styles of wedding dresses/suits

Please note that only women's shoes (sizes 23 cm–24.5 cm) are provided. Men must bring their own shoes

Digital copies of photos will be sent via email within 2 weeks of your activity. If you wish to get additional photo editing or an album, please let us know. Additional fees will apply

This package does not include an outdoor photoshoot

You are allowed to take photos on your own during the photoshoot, but you cannot have another person/photographer present to take photos for you

Photos will be sent to your e-mail address in 3-4 weeks. Please note that photo editing will take 6–8 weeks

There will be a surcharge of ₩50,000/participant for travelers who reschedule within 3 days of departure

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 5 mins in advance for the experience. Refunds will not be granted for any late arrivals

This product only provides photoshoot on weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are not available for photoshoot
