The staff were very friendly and communicative, providing information in English. There were no chaotic queues, and everything was orderly. The place was clean, and the information was complete. Rules were strictly enforced, especially on the glass rides, where staff were very responsive to any violations. As long as we followed the rules, the staff were friendly.

Same-day booking is available before 18:00. Any booking completed after 18:00 cannot be used on the same date, and can only be used for next-day visit only.

In case of bad weather, please note that all outdoor areas must be closed.

In the case of inclement weather such as rain/storms, the Outdoor Observation Deck on the 78 floor including Glass Tray and The Peak will be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Accordingly, we do recommend to check the weather forecast before reserve the tickets or you could buy the ticket on arrival at Ticketing Counter of King Power Mahanakhon.

Mahanakhon Skywalk reserves the right to refund the ticket price or changing the visit date in any cases.

My visit to the Mahanakhon Skywalk was truly amazing. Standing on the 78th floor, the panoramic view of Bangkok was breathtaking and offered a unique perspective of the city. Very nice building, clean. The staff is very helpful and directs visitors well. It's really amazing with the view from a height, it's highly recommended if you take it at 4 pm onwards because the lighting is very good and it's not too hot. Thanks
