The staff were very friendly and communicative, providing information in English. There were no chaotic queues, and everything was orderly. The place was clean, and the information was complete. Rules were strictly enforced, especially on the glass rides, where staff were very responsive to any violations. As long as we followed the rules, the staff were friendly.

In case of bad weather, please note that all outdoor areas must be closed.

In the case of inclement weather such as rain/storms, the Outdoor Observation Deck on the 78 floor including Glass Tray and The Peak will be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Accordingly, we do recommend to check the weather forecast before reserve the tickets or you could buy the ticket on arrival at Ticketing Counter of King Power Mahanakhon.

Mahanakhon Skywalk reserves the right to refund the ticket price or changing the visit date in any cases.

Take BTS Skytrain to Chong Nonsi Station (Silom line) and take the exit no. 3. The station connects directly to King Power Mahanakhon Building. Enter by showing your Traveloka voucher at the 1st floor ticket counter before going up to the Mahanakhon SkyWalk above.
