Cam Thanh Village Half-Day Tour: Basket Boat & Water Buffalo Ride | Vietnam

The tour program is good, the tour guide, Mr. Long, is very enthusiastic and professional in guiding customers to ride bicycles on the crowded streets of Hoi An. Although the company forgot our pick-up time and missed our other tour schedule in Hoi An, they arranged to make up for it by offering a trip to the airport. We can sympathize with the company because of the confusion in picking up customers when there were too many tourists, but we are very disappointed in the service of Traveloka and its partners. Basket boat attractions are not as interesting as advertised because they have been overly commercialized. We took a boat trip in the Mekong Delta and they were better organized, not too chaotic like in Cam Thanh village. Korean music and songs played by tour companies are too loud, while not all visitors are Korean! To be honest, the music is as loud as punching in the ears, out of place with the natural scenery that the tour wants to promote! There is also karaoke in the middle of the river, with Chinese music, not suitable for local culture. If this continues, this tour will lose customers sooner or later.
