1. How long will my visa be valid for?
• Sweden visa is for the purposes of visiting relatives, business, tourism with a term, the length of stay and the number of entries depends on the needs of the applicant, not fixed for 10-15 days as before. .
2. How long is the application review time?
• It takes 15 working days from the date the visa application is submitted to the reception center (VFS) (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese and Swedish holidays)
3. Does the service have bean bags? Is the rate of visa issuance at Traveloka high?
• Please note that the decision to accept or reject a visa application in Vietnam is the prerogative of the Embassy/Consulate General or equivalent diplomatic mission. Neither Traveloka nor the Service Provider is authorized to process visa applications. We provide consulting services to increase the rate of visa issuance and commit to refund 35% of the service fee if the customer is refused a visa.
4. Visa application documents need to prepare what?
• The counselor will inform you about the documents you need to provide. Depending on personal background and work, each person's profile will be slightly different and be simplified to the maximum.
Please note with EU visa: Travel insurance is a required document. Insurance costs vary depending on the length of the day and the insurance plan. You can prepare your own insurance or use the service at Traveloka, please make a note to the consultant or order an additional service for the best support.
5. Does the service package include collection of documents?
• Costs at Traveloka do not include delivery costs. For customers in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, they can come directly at the Traveloka office. Customers in other areas can use the delivery service. If you have special requirements, please make a note to the consultant or order an additional service for the best support
6. Do I have to apply in person?
• You are only present to provide biometrics (including facial image, fingerprint and signature) as prescribed, our staff will be present to guide you directly during the application process. If you refuse to provide biometric information and you are not an exception under EU regulations (under 12 years old, head of state, etc.), your visa application will not be accepted.
7. Is financial proof required?
• To demonstrate ability to pay for the trip. Finance is essential. Our counselors will not ask if you are in an exemption. If you can't prepare yourself, please make a note to a counselor or order an additional service for the best support
8. If my profile has an invitation letter, does the inviter have to show financial proof?
• Unless the inviter has a financial guarantee. Otherwise, the inviter does not need to provide proof of their financial ability.
