The highlight is that 100% of the toilets are staffed, when someone comes in or out, the ladies come in and wipe continuously. Any wet areas are wiped dry immediately to avoid slipping and falling. 10 points for thoughtfulness 🥰 The water areas are large but there are not many slides, so the tickets are generally a bit expensive but worth the experience. The food, in my opinion, is not too expensive. The food is okay for a tourist area. You have to buy tickets separately for sightseeing areas

The best service is food and drink, not too expensive, reasonable. But with the number of games like now, the price of 490k is too expensive, not worth it. 1 dong minus is the parking fee :)) with such a ticket price but not free parking, I'm a bit unhappy, although not much, but if it can be improved, it will be much better.

I booked a ticket to visit Amazing Bay, I only visited the water park. Overall, it was fun, but there weren't many games. It's still under construction so there aren't many places to play. At the moment, I think the price is a bit expensive. I don't know how it will expand in the future. Everyone should experience it.

The water park is very large. The games are divided by age and are suitable for playing without getting bored. There are many resting and eating areas. You can also comfortably bring food from outside. Buying tickets in advance on traveloka is a bit cheaper and holding the QR code is quick and convenient.

The only thing that doesn't make sense is that the indoor playground doesn't pick you up right away, but you have to walk a bit, while the train doesn't run and then stops to wait.

The ticket price is a bit high to take the train to go sightseeing around. Retail according to customer's choice is better. The water park is the best, it's worth it after playing. The ticket price on the app is cheaper than at the counter. Unfortunately, the snow castle is closed and cannot be visited. Food prices will be higher in any tourist attraction.

- Water park: high quality, modern games, but not many games, about 6~8 games for adults. - Game house area: only fans at noon, quite stuffy and hot, games are okay. There are still many projects under construction, with good prospects in the future.

Horrible experience. I bought the combo tickets just for them to tell us that we still have to pay extra for pretty much every single games and rides. The staff were super useless, unable to support any problems that we had, claiming they don’t know about the policy. Food was extremely overpriced, and there were maggots in our meals. Would not recommend this to anyone
