How to Use Your MyTravelThru Voucher
To Airport
From Airport
- Once you have completed your booking and payment, you will receive your MyTravelThru Voucher from Traveloka.
- If there is no MyTravelThru counter at the airport, your driver will pick you up right on the arrival gate, carrying a signboard with your name on it, and he will help bring your luggage to the car
- You can contact with your driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Show the voucher to the driver to confirm your booking and time for landing
- Your driver info will be available 15 minutes before pick-up time. You can see the driver info through the voucher on your Traveloka App, or through the SMS sent by Traveloka.

1. Before the trip:- Before each trip, driver must wash the vehicle and ensure its clean inside out, carefully wipe frequently touched points with sanitizer spray, including door handle, dashboard, etc

- Guests are requested to use hand spray to sanitize their hands.
- During the trip, the driver must wear a face mask at all time and minimize conversations.
