To use your Traveloka e-ticket, open your e-ticket in My Booking first to see what type of ticket you get. This will be shown at the top of the e-ticket page.

If it is written Exchange with Paper Ticket, you will need to show your e-ticket and ID card (KTP) to the staff at the bus/shuttle or at the ticket counter to get your paper ticket. Then, use your paper ticket to board the bus or shuttle.

If it is written This is an official ticket, just show your e-ticket and ID card (KTP) to the staff at the bus or shuttle.
