Redeem your points for any Flights, Hotels, Flight + Hotel, Xperience, Eats, Car Rental, Airport Transfer, Bus & Shuttle, Train, or Connectivity bookings by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Traveloka account.

2.Make a booking.

3. On the payment page, select your preferred payment method. On the Points section, tap Redeem. The total price of your purchase will be deducted by the value of your Points. Proceed with payment.

You can also redeem your Points for rewards. Simply tap Points on your Traveloka App homepage to see the rewards catalog.

Things to note:

• Please note that partial Points redemption is unavailable. In other words, you cannot redeem a product/reward with fewer Points than the product/reward’s worth.
• Each Traveloka product has a minimum redemption requirement as shown below:
• • Flights: 150,000 Points
  • Hotels: 100,000 Points
  • Flight + Hotel: 100,000 Points
  • Xperience: 100,000 Points
  • Trains: 100,000 Points
  • Eats: 70,000 Points
  • Car Rental: 50,000 Points
  • Airport Transfer: 50,000 Points
  • Bus & Shuttle: 50,000 Points
• Please make sure you have enough active Points before making a redemption.
