It was an excellent stay and an update on the internet service. The internet has been improved and they are doing more work on it. Is better than many hotels in the US. And of course the employees were great.

The staff is wonderful and it's a convenient place to stay but the internet is spotty and intermittent in the rooms from time to time. Outside of that it is an excellent place to stay and economical compared to other hotels.

Location is fine. You can walk to/from SDU and metro/tram stations are steps away. On the negative side: they charge for luggage storage. RS 20, which is not much, but that’s exactly the point. Breakfast

It was a nice hotel to stay in but the only problem it was the intermittent internet service. However, as I was leaving they are redoing the wiring for the internet service so I expect some serious improvements by my next visit.

The location is perfect because the Metro is near by, you can go to the Aterro do Flamengo beach without car, the breakfast is amazing, full of options. The most important is the staff, they are nice, kind and professional! I love it my staying there and I really recommend it!

The hotel was basic which was fine, but surrounding area felt unsafe. The bed needed a duvet / blanket rather than just a sheet and body wash in the shower would have been appreciated.

The hotel is old. There is no good internet connection in the rooms. The kitchen area for breakfast is too small and not clean enough. The staff are not friendly. l do not recommend it.

The people were nice but the property pics are much different than the room I saw. It was dirty with weird plumbing issues.
What I didn’t like is the beggars you should expect to have people asking for money as soon as you go through the doors.
