Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre and Spa

Hotel rooms have been partially updated. The conter top and washroom are much better than before. But the water tap on the sink was loosen so a little water leaking out to the floor. The top part of window curtain was partly broken and the friendly staff asked someone to fix it right away. I think the curtain should need updated too. If there is bottle water supply for the guest room daily then it will be perfect.

Overpriced, charged for parking with a sea of vacant parking around it, charging for internet, it's an older facility, etc, but having to book for a time in the pool was too much. They rent it out to others for swimming lessons, come on? Give the place a miss.

Nice

Ill start with the positive, this place looks nice and fairly clean. Service desk were nice and helped when I left my room key in the room. The king suite had plenty of room and the beds werent uncomfortable. Now onto the negatives, the pool is small, and a third is roped off for private laps and then the rest of the pool was also always fool of people swimming laps, no room for our kids to play or swim without constantly bumping into lap swimmers. You also have to register a slot to swim (which I thought would keep it from getting pull, but that was not our experience). The TVs are not smart TVs so you cannot log in to any streaming services and you only get around 30 basic cable channels unless you want to spend $15 per movie on their "On-demand" section. They also had a special fathers day buffet which was $30 per adult and $20 per kid and it was the exact same type of buffet I have gotten for free at a holiday Inn express. Overall, it just wasn't family friendly. We ended up leaving a day early because all 3 times we went to the pool there was no where for our kids to even play as its not a large pool anyways and there were always at least 6 or 7 people swimming laps taking up the whole pool. (even though you were supposed to reserve the lap lanes people were just doing laps everywhere)

Everything was perfect to me

Lovely hotel, had a terrible experience trying to check in with a service dog, restaurant closed to guests for Father’s Day brunch, and rowdy kids in the halls all night and playing with elevators. Overa terrible this time around

One of my favs hotel, and wish it had Netflix streaming options and that the pool was for hotel guests only, not swim lessons

Good location and services are good.

Excellent service throughout the stay, great suite and clean. Everything was available and convenient. Location of the hotel was excellent! Will stay again in the future and suggest to friends or family.

Not many shops or dining establishments within close walking distance.

We found the frosted door from the bathroom to the bedroom to be concerning since when the light is on in the bathroom one sees everything -this was not appropriate for privacy

Spacious and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Only a slight issue, the sliding door separating the sleeping and living room space couldn’t slide all the way, thus not able to block out light from the living room space.

We got a pet allowable room and we were satisfied. The room was clean.

We stayed on a family vacation in a suite with a kitchen. I was huge. 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa. Rooms were clean and renovated. The property had a gym which had a variety of machines, bikes, ellipticals etc. The pool was not the best. Water was a bit dirty

Busy street, construction bins in parking lot Mattresses sunk towards the middle, Carpets had stains on it ( looked like blood) Ice room was disgusting. Hotel charges you to park your car.

Good location

It's very spacious! When we reached the room, smoke detector was hanging. We notified the customer service, they immediately sent the superintendent to fix it.
