It was clean

The receptionist tried their best and helped to solve my issue during my late night check-in which Expedia screwed up my booking. I will recommend this hotel for the stay.

I did not like the Spa, I booked a massage and specifically asked for a licensed therapist since I needed it for my insurance. After I got my massage and paid, I was told they can’t give me an invoice for the insurance and the therapist is not licensed. I never ever been to a spa that the therapist is not licensed. They advertise the hotel and Spa, yet the spa is owned by 3rd party and the hotel does not take responsibility. Never would go there again

It was a great experience from day 1

The front desk clerk named PARI is very bad forcustomer service, never smile and kind of heart to understand customer satuation, would never select to stay this kind of famous hotel.

Good price for a suite

The staff were fantastic answering questions I had, and stored my luggage because I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check in which allowed me to go out and spend the day visiting friends. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I will definitely stay there again.

We were there for a gymnastics competition at Markham Pan Am center. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the kitchenette for not having to eat out all the time. The cleaning staff were very good. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing, my boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary and it really exceeded all our expectations, we will definitely be back again and I can’t wait! :)

Our room was a double suite. Everything was self cobtained.

The room was clean with a lovely view. Comfortable bed too. The breakfast buffet style was fantastic with wonderful servers. Overall, wonderful staff and easy access to parking.

Amazing hotel. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee station in the lobby and a tuck shop. Otherwise would definitely reccomend.

Our stay at the Hilton was amazing. The service was beyond what we expected. The room was exquisite. Perfect for a couple to recharge and spend time just us. Even when calling down for minor things. It was dealt h with in a timing manner. We will definitely be back. This was the best room we have ever been too! Minus the first two nights of being harassed by the teenagers of a hockey team that stayed there.

I had to really slap the toilet button to get that bad boy to flush. Dirty room gross stains on the walls. The sliding door is not installed properly. Also we said it was our anniversary and you put us next to kids dawg that’s borderline criminal

We received an upgrade to a suite and it was absolutely amazing. Too bad we had to check out early due to bad weather that would have made it dangerous to drive home the following day.

Has staff walk into the room 3 seperate times. One time, staff walked in for no reason. Called and complained to front desk Supervisor to inform about this as it was unacceptable.

Had an amazing time in such a beautiful room!
