This hotel was amazing. Extremely comfortable and cozy with a gorgeous fireplace to lounge by in the lobby. Perfect for a snowy winter day. The ambiance is extremely relaxing and I love the location. I would stay there again!

The location of the hotel is great. Stuff welcoming. We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room. The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping. The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. I read somewhere that Quebec City has no noise policy from 23:00- 7:00. Not sure if that is true considering the noise waking us up at 6:20.

Wonderful Christmastime ambience. Beautifully decorated, large cozy lobby and professional and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend.
