Staff was outstanding. I originally booked a double room with my stay but needed an additional room. They were able to accommodate and provide the room we needed for our family. Great location, nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The room and property was also very clean. Location was perfect! Would stay again!

It is centrally located and pretty accessible transportation. Burrard Subway is adjacent, capilano free shuttle pick up and drop of point is at Hyatt Regency. All major sight seeing locations are nearby. 10 to 15 mins walk (gas town, stanley park, canada place, water front)

The hotel was decent overall. The garage didnt feel very safe. The room was a good size but the double beds were so tiny it was horrible. Mattresses werent comfortable they almost felt like air beds. The view of the city from 21st floor was pretty cool. The breakfast buffet was totally worth it! Pool and hot tub on the 4th floor roof was pretty cool but we didnt get a chance to enjoy due to time. The fitness room looked good too.

I was underwhelmed overall. The room still had food in the fridge, there was still random garbage on the floor and the beds had this nothing for a comforter, sheet over it and two small pillows on the bed.

This hotel is in a perfect location and is very clean. I needed toothpaste in the middle of the night and they were able to bring me up some within minutes. Clean rooms, safe elevator access and lots of coffee/breakfast options close by (or in hotel).

It was a very convenient spot and the hotel was very clean. Just one thing you know, it is situated in a very busy and noisy area as well. The window and wall does not cancel any noise around.
