I always check under the mattress for bed bugs or other surprises. Although there were none, the filth and stains between the mattress and the box spring were disgusting. The room smelled musty, and there was a noticeable buildup of grime on items like the charging ports on the lamps, the lamps themselves, light switches, doors, and other surfaces. The hotel is in serious need of a refresh. I was also disappointed that the continental breakfast didn’t include even a basic option like eggs. While the front desk staff were polite, I would still advise others to consider different accommodations.

Everything is nice , big renovations are going on and the gym was closed for the day, everything else was perfect for me, Walmart and Tim Hortons are one minute away, walking distance, too many restaurants in the area, I like this location, it is very convenient

the worst property I have ever stayed at.
The staff here clearly do not know how to respect their guests. I asked to have the linens changed, and the front desk agent simply declined without offering any solution. I also asked for cutlery and was told there was none available — unbelievable for a hotel.
To make things worse, the elevator was out of service. When I approached the front desk at night to ask if there was another elevator, the staff member was extremely rude — instead of apologizing or offering assistance, he just made rude facial expressions and didn’t even bother to inform me that I could use the stairs. No apology, no explanation — just pure disrespect.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
