Monte Carlo Inn - Brampton Suites

The room was quite clean, but the bedsheets weren’t upto the mark & the TV remote wasn’t working as well.

Room was great, staff is very friendly but the alarm on the elevator has to go! It is so loud everytime it closes that it actually hurts your ears!

Bed was hard and the elevator door buzzer was very irritating throughout the night. Room was very clean and the pillows were fantastic.

My son and I were there for two nights and was enough, the first night after a long drive and long flight to get there we were eager to check in and take a bath, but the bathroom Was dirty(hairs in the wall and floor) and no shampoo, body wash Nor conditioner were there the bottles were empty and when I called to consierge him interrupt me and said “I must calm down and he will send someone to fill the bottles”, and Nobody were in all day; the worst the next day when we back to the hotel The room was cleaned but no bottle were filled, we have to buy a shampoo to get a shower. Clearly, they don't care at all, and they don't miss my money and I won't miss they neither, I won't be back never again to the Monte Carlo Inn Hotel. Thank you.

It was not clean. There were hairs all over the bed and floor. The room smelled weird.

The rooms are clean and simple, beds reasonably comfortable. However their definition of an enhance continental breakfast is not ours, in my opinion there was not one healthy option, if you are eating low carb or keto this isn’t a good breakfast. No eggs are offered if you want eggs you have to order from the menu and pay of course. If you are okay with a heavy sugar laden breakfast then you will be fine with what is served.
