We stay at this hotel whenever we come South and have always had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always clean. This time was not as great. The toilet started running periodically through the night, the soap container was empty at the bathroom sink. I am a light sleeper so the toilet was annoying. We did advise them at check out so it shouldn’t be an issue for the next guest. We will choose this hotel again.

When we arrived to our room the toiled had clearly had not been cleaned, even with the "proof of sanitation" tape on it. The toiled seat had yellow marks and stains caked onto the surface. I contacted the front desk and they came to inspect and moved us to a new room promptly, which was appreciated. Having arrived late into the night after a long day travelling, we packed up all of our things and moved to a new room. There was no offer of compensation for this inconvenience. With this basic demonstration of cleanliness being overlooked it put into question the overall cleanliness of the entire establishment and dampened the rest of our stay. Nothing really felt clean after that.

Front door was broken , 2x, had to use a misuse door entrance.omg the elevator had a very very loud buzzer when any button pressed All the furniture in the room was old and wobbly The continental breakfast, not worth mentioning
