Excellent hotel right next door to Mercedes World . Every member of staff were friendly and helpful . Restaurant was a bit pricey but breakfast was very good . Was impressed with the gluten free station outside of the main breakfast food area . Good selection of food , well cooked and presented . Room was spacious and clean . Very comfortable apart from being very warm but well inpressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Mercedes World

A hotel that we’ve stayed at before. We arrived 45 mins early for check in and they kindly offered to let us check in early for £15. We kindly declined. We mainly went for Mercedes Benz world which was undergoing renovation so a bit disappointing. The room was large and comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. However, the spa wasn’t what I expected. For the price of the room and the amount we spent for a three-night stay, I felt that access to the spa should have been complimentary. It was a bit disappointing considering the overall cost and it wasn’t that great.

Family rooms are huge and have a view of the Mercedes World track which was great entertainment for my car mad family. Ohla on the front desk was great. Paying for parking was annoying. Breakfast was mediocre, though the kids enjoyed the pancake machine. The coffee was terrible and very expensive.

My 3rd visit always a pleasant stay

We decided to stay at the Brooklands Hotel, as we were visiting the Brooklands museum. We had an executive room booked but we weren't impressed with the overly soft mattress, or the poor lighting in the room. The breakfast wasn't great either. The hotel is a good location if visiting Brooklands museum but feel the hotel is overpriced!

We are a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay, rooms were very spacious , will definitely return for a longer stay and make use of the spa and restaurant facilities.

Had to book this hotel last minute and it did not disappoint. We only stayed one night but I could have easily a couple more nights. The rooms are absolute massive!

Only issue we had was where it was windy and staying on floor four you could constantly hear banging all night long but other than that it was good

Staff were polite and attentive, rooms were lovely as was the grounds, the spa was a plus and the spa workers were very hospitable and friendly!

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful after we had an issue during the evening. The rooms are decently sized and have everything you need for a short stay.

Hotel, staff and room were great but unfortunately the mattress seemed too old and was sinking in in the middle and woke up with a back ache. Breakfast service was great.

Expensive parking but overall good stay. Kids loved the stay.

Decent property, we stayed in the family room and the shower was dirty- all white stains in the shower!!!! Apart from that an OK property.

Brooklands Hotel offers a comfortable stay, but it falls short of high-end expectations. While the design and decor give off a luxurious feel, the rooms are fairly average for the price. The presence of carpet on the floor and noticeable dust in the corners detract from the overall experience. Despite being advertised as featuring a rainfall shower, it turned out to be just a standard one. Housekeeping services, including bed-making, are only offered every second day, which may not suit guests expecting daily upkeep. On a positive note, the hotel’s proximity to attractions like Brooklands racetrack and Mercedes-Benz World adds a unique touch for motorsport enthusiasts. However, if you're seeking an upscale experience, the hotel may not fully meet your expectations. The spa wasn’t relevant for our visit, so we cannot comment on that aspect. In summary, while Brooklands Hotel offers a decent stay with some luxurious touches, there are areas where it could improve, especially given the price point.
