Very miserable staff The room was small… nothing like the picture The bath didn’t have taps… I had to fill the bath with the shower Room was for two people but only had one towel No air conditioning just a small electric fan

Fantastic stay! All the staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. Our beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Shower had good water pressure! Close to parks and train/bus stops.

Have stayed before, fabulous city centre hotel. Clean tidy, friendly.

The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

The AC wasn’t working. Our room was 28.5 degrees. Hot! We had to open the window and turn on a fan. In the early morning hours the garage trucks came by along with the glass recyclers. Breaking glass was noisy. My choice- be hot with window closed or lots of noise with window open.

The worst hotel experience ever. We arrived and had registered for a Superior Deluxe Room. The first room we were given was a small basement room with two small windows. We refused this room. We were then moved to a first-floor room which was certainly not the room we saw in the photo when we registered. Much smaller without the chairs and table. We took this room and asked to be moved to the proper room but there was none available. The next day we were moved to the proper Superior Double Room, but the air conditioning was leaking on the bed. We were moved again to a room for the final two nights of our stay. This should have been the room we were given the first night. We asked for a discount for the first two nights and were told they would check with management. We asked this three times and always had the same answer. No discount on the first two nights ever happened. We were happy to leave this hotel and will never go back. After a day, I received a survey from the hotel and basically put the same comments in it that I put here. No response from the hotel.

The environment is conducive, quiet and nice.

Property needs some maintenance work for upkeep, especially in the room I stayed in. The staff were fine. The hotel is in a great part of London. Daily room service was great came back to tidy room with fresh towels every night of my stay.

It's a great price for a great location, if you're looking for a cheap and safe place to stay. The actual rooms are a bit dusty and water-stained, showing their age, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep and store your stuff while you explore the city it's absolutely fine and I would book it again.

This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff were very good, nice and helpful making my daughter feel very welcome on her birthday. The room was ok and quiet on the 3rd floor, it's a little dated and run down, for example the TV didn't work and the sink was loose in the bathroom and there was no ironing board just an old school trouser press. Bed was comfy though a little short as my legs stuck out the bottom. I didn't complain as we were off out for a busy weekend visit to london.

The hotel sits in a quiet street just off Russell Sq and is within walking distance of the British Museum, Soho, and lots of local cafés. Our room could have done with some redecoration but the hotel is perfectly adequate for a short stay.

We chose the property for the two queen bed option in one room. We were close to many different sight seeing opportunities and enjoyed the sights along the way.

Fabulous staff - they were friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to lots of food and transport options.

It is tucked next to the National Museum. Enjoyed my stay very much. Walkable from anywhere in central London.

Quiet location. Good room for the money, unbeatable for a double bed crash-pad. Located near two underground stations, Russell Square and Holborn, which made my navigation of London very convenient.
