Great location, fantastic modern hotel, great value and friendly welcoming staff.

They need to put Iron’s and Ironing Boards, plates and cutlery in the rooms. Also it would be good if they had smart TV’s that you could cast to.

So very much a travelodge style room/bathroom arrangement, all clean & tidy looked to be adjacent to a new development. Food was OK but unspectacular as you would expect from a pub chain. Easy access from main trunk roads.

Bathroom very dirty for disabled‘s room the bathroom needs a deep clean.the plug sockets unusable to use as hidden underneath the bedside cabinet for a disabled person I could not get to it to plug my phone in so I had it close to me in the night. window black out curtains that are too small leaving a halo of light around the window this is the bath seat and shower rail filthy. Also shower head was awful wayer was terrible spraying all over the place needs a new shower head after travelling over 5 hours and arriving wanted to get a shower before bed and this is what the bathroom was like. I had to get the lady from reception to come and try get the rail down it took 2 members of staff to sort it out but as you see from the photos it’s very Unclean for an accessible disabled room being asthmatic I felt it was very dirty

Firstly, the hotel can't be faulted, great staff, great rooms, spotlessly clean and comfy. Only issue is the pub next door and the location. The pub is a soulless, desperate drab lifeless vacuum made purely to supply terrible food to people who obviously have either no choice of going there or have no taste buds. The staff obviously have a no smile policy (mind you working there who can blame them). The food summed up the pub in reflecting it's dreariness and staleness. And being sited on a new build housing estate with building works ongoing doesn't exactly help the ambience. Summary - Hotel great. Pub Terrible. Stay at the hotel and get a taxi somewhere else you'll thank me.

Relatively new hotel I think so everything works (bar a light bulb gone in one of the bedside lights!) and is in good condition. Beds very comfortable although I still can't believe that in this day and age a hotel has to fit plastic waterproof mattress protectors!! Room and facilities clean. Good soundproofing from main road nearby and Aircon provided. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good descent clean hotel. I came overnight with my kids. The bed is not as soft as other hotels..found it a bit hard. Restaurant was fully booked had to seat in the bar, which wast enjoyable. Overall good loaction, but I would not stay again.
