Good value for dollar. Everything was basic but clean. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Victoria station (coach, Gatwick express train and tube). If you have mobility issues this hotel is not for you as there are no lifts and the breakfast area is down a flight of stairs. Our only complaint, there was no hot water for our morning shower.

Location was very good, near Victoria station. Hotel was acceptable for a budget hotel. No elevator but hotel clerk carried my bag up and down the stairs for me. He also flagged a taxi for me, very helpful. It is an older hotel so all was good, buy a new rug going up the stairs would be good.

The hotel was within walking distance of most attractions. The light breakfast was just what we needed to get us going in the morning.

The location is convenient to Victoria Station. The room is cozy.

This property is near the train station and walkable to all the main turist area. Other hotels in the area. The front desk are very nice and helpful

Double bed far too small and hard as a rock and not enough pillows . Everything else was grand for the price

Great little spot in the middle of London. Very nice staff, clean rooms, new clean bathroom. The beds where a little hard and the room was small, but we where only there to sleep in the night so it didnt really matter. We didnt expect this but everyday when we had been out and about, the room had been cleaned and the beds made. The breakfast where there but nothing to brag about, and the room to eat it where very tiny and we had to wait until there was room for us to come in and eat 😅 But all in all we had a great time there and would gladly come again (but would eat breakfast out)

The hotel is very small old, doesn’t have ventilation , one small fan in a room with 4 beds, the bathroom is super small, the door cannot be locked. The rooms are small paid too much to be in the basement, have to leave the door open all night to get some air in the room.

Great location near Victoria Station, clean tiny room and tiny bathroom, very unappetizing breakfast room in basement and we skipped breakfast altogether. Front desk staff friendly and helpful!

Very good accommodation and location for the price paid. Room was compact but very clean with good shower and bathroom facilities. Kettle and tea/coffee in room was great to have. Checkin and departure was smooth, with friendly front desk staff who are on hand 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend

Towels were dirty and the breakfast poor. Not a chance To get anything gluten free, even though requested In advance.

Excellent staff allowed us to leave our bags until our room was ready for an early check-in. Only downside was the fan in the room which was loud and didn’t help cool the room down at all sadly.

For London, clean and excellent location. Staff was excellent and wonderful to accommodate. On the downside, breakfast is ok and the fan in the room needs to be dusted.

This is definitely our go-to hotel in London. It is a budget-friendly place with a perfect location: centrally located and a five minute walk from Victoria Station. The room was small, but clean and modern. The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room and the staff are very efficient and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice place.

We had to climb up five flights of stairs to our room, which had no air conditioning and was a 10 x 10 room without a toilet. We had a shared toilet in the hallway. The stairways were not safe overall the hotel was not worth anywhere close to what we paid for it
